Poll Watcher Overview

By Committee of Seventy (other events)

3 Dates Through Apr 17, 2024

ABOUT ABOUT

Poll watchers, like poll workers, play an important role in ensuring elections are administered properly at Pennsylvania’s more than 9,000 precincts. A poll watcher is someone who is appointed by a candidate or party to observe the election process.

Join the Committee of Seventy and the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania to learn more about what you can (and cannot) do as a poll watcher. In addition to those considering becoming poll watchers, this session is also open to poll workers, so they can learn about the people who might be working alongside them on Election Day.

All of the Poll Watcher sessions will be identical, so you only need to sign up for one session.

All sessions will be held over Zoom.  Please register in advance.  You will receive an email confirmation the day before the session with the Zoom information.

All sessions are designed to supplement required trainings by election officials and/or political parties. These are information sessions and should not be used in place of specific county or party trainings.
